As soon as Step by Step receives the payment, the order is confirmed and the shipment is executed within 2 working days.
Deliveries to Italy in 2-4 working days and to Europe in 3-6 working days.
When the order is shipped, Customer receives an e-mail from the Courier, specifying the tracking number to monitor the shipment on-line.
Our products are original and new.
You can request the product’s return within 14 days from the delivery, via the "After-Sales Service" section.
Return is not allowed to Customer who have bought the order as a Company.
